Technical Analysis
About Technical Analysis
While fundamental analysis tells you what to buy, technical analysis helps you figure out when. This course is about reading price charts--learning the language the market speaks through its own movements, volume, and patterns.
You'll start with candlestick patterns, the visual building blocks of every chart. Each candle tells a mini-story of buyer and seller behavior within a time period, and certain formations--like dojis, hammers, and engulfing patterns--can signal a potential reversal or continuation before it happens.
Next, you'll learn to identify support and resistance: the invisible price zones where buying or selling pressure tends to take over. These levels reveal where a stock has "memory," and where it's likely to pause, bounce, or break through.
Finally, you'll master trendlines--simple lines that reveal the market's underlying direction and momentum. You'll learn how to draw them correctly, distinguish real trends from noise, and spot the early signs of a trend losing steam.
By the end of this course, you'll be able to look at any stock chart and read it with clarity--spotting entry points, exit points, and potential turning points that most casual investors miss entirely.
